Due to the specialized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Clients may cancel services at any time; however, if termination occurs during an active billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or text. Future billing will cease, but any unused portion of the current month is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be honored if the client disregards The Ranking Geeks’ expert guidance or fails to follow approved SEO practices (White Hat methods only), including keyword strategy, content recommendations, technical improvements, or structural changes.
No refunds will be granted if the client engages another SEO agency or independently modifies their website or Google listings while under contract with us.
Failure to provide required website access, or having a non-functional or inactive website, will void any eligibility for a refund.
Once design mock-ups are approved and the project enters the testing or finalization phase, no refunds will be issued.
Event-specific service agreements arranged through our sales team are non-cancellable due to their exclusive and time-sensitive nature. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for any withdrawal request.
While SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable, clients may request service cancellation with a minimum of 15 days’ written notice.
Projects that remain inactive or on hold for over 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
In the event a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered, The Ranking Geeks reserves the right to present full documentation to the issuing bank demonstrating that all agreed services were delivered in accordance with this policy.
